FYNS Refund And Credit policy
FYNS is here to promptly respond, support, and help resolve any issue you experienced receiving a FYNS report or to resolve a billing error.
Report did not generate or transmit.
You’re eligible for a full credit of a purchased FYNS’s Report, if your Report hasn’t generated and transitioned from our platform, up until five (5) days from the purchase date. Our platform provides tracking information indicating each report’s date and time of: purchase, generation, and transition.
Billing Error.
Any billing error will receive credit in the amount of the error within thirty (30) days from validation of the reported billing error.

Customer support, including resolution of technical and billing issues, is available by clicking on Customer Support and submitting a Ticketing Request.
